With reference to the stock exchange notice earlier today, please find the

presentation related to Shearwater GeoServices Holding AS' acquisition of the

marine seismic acquisition assets and operations of WesternGeco enclosed.

Shearwater will host the presentation in Oslo today, at 15:30 CET with a brief

orientation about the proposed transaction followed by a question and answer
