Part 2 of 2 Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Gedys Internet Products NV, a former Dutch subsidiary of GEDYS AG, owns several rights to sell all products of GEDYS AG including the one for GEDYS Process Studio, a platform independent solution for process modelling and process control and also the one for document management, workflow planning and workflow control both produced by GEDYS France. A reseller contract was closed between Gedys NV and IBM for the sale of the important products of the former GEDYS AG, now part of the GlobalWare AG group, through the sales channels of IBM. In the future, the company will do business under the name of GEDYS IntraWare (International) NV. Furthermore, GlobalWare AG and DILUCEO GmbH München have mutually decided to end their agreement on the take over of shares of DILUCEO GmbH, München by GlobalWare AG. Alternatives for the further expansion of the targeted business activities are currently being discussed.
