The business activities of INSIGHT Education GmbH, a specialist in Lotus Notes environment training, did not result in an enhancement of the core competence of IntraWare AG. With the sale of its shares in INSIGHT Education GmbH, IntraWare AG is pursuing its strategy of focussing on the core competence of the group. This measure also represents another step on the way to a positive Commercial Code operative result in 2002 as planned.
