The goal of the joint-venture to incorporate this technology into several of IntraWares products and in particular, to provide the CRMSuite with the tools necessary for multilingual communication. Customers will be able to use the CRMSuite for multilingual document processing (e-mail, doc files etc) and for the automation of their knowledge and workflow solutions leading to a more efficient and knowledgable processing of their customers requests.
