Petersberg, 28 December 2001 – IntraWare AG, quoted at the New Market and provider of software solutions for Customer Relationship Management as well as Business Process Management, continues its restructuring activities by signing a purchase and assignment contract for its shares in proubis GmbH Berlin. The orientation on business processes continues as an integral part of IntraWare CRM solutions. Access to Bonapart software as well as the distribution rights ensure that IntraWare AG customers will be served in a comprehensive manner in future as has been the case in the past. proubis GmbH will handle distribution, consulting, support and development of the Bonapart Business Process Managements solution in future. This sale will significantly relieve the result of IntraWare AG by a reduction in expenditure amounting to about 2 million euro. The pertaining improvement of the result represents an essential measure to achieve a positive operative result according to the Commercial Code in the course of 2002 – latest, however, during the fourth quarter. For the business year of 2001, an expenditure of about 2 million euro which is neutral in relation to liquidity will essentially result within the framework of the required final consolidation.
