Zur Festigung der Technologieführerschaft und zur Stärkung der Marktposition verbindet IntraWare eigene Softwarelösungen mit Angeboten der Partner Lotus und Ericsson. Damit bietet IntraWare dem Nutzer neue Anwendungsgebiete, unter anderem im mobilen Internet und im Customer Relationship Management. Mit diesen Vereinbarungen erschließt sich IntraWare zusätzliche Absatzchancen in wichtigen Zukunftsmärkten der Kommunikationstechnologie. Kooperation mit Lotus IntraWare und der Groupware-Spezialist Lotus wollen ihre Produkte technologisch integrieren und gemeinsam vertreiben: Lotus wird die Großkunden-Infrastrukturlösung LISA (Lotus Internet Solution Application) künftig mit Intraware-Software anbieten und implementieren. Dadurch gelingt IntraWare der Durchbruch im Großkundensegment. Das Zusammenwirken von Software und Infrastruktur erschließt den Anwendern neue Potenziale im Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Prozess Management und Total Quality Management. Mobil-Computing-Projekt mit Ericsson Im gemeinsamen Vertrieb von Hard- und Software wird die WAP- fähige Intraware-Software OCTOOffice in Kombi-Paketen mit der Mobilfunktechnik von Ericsson angeboten. Dies erlaubt dem Nutzer, von unterwegs auf Daten, wie Kunden- oder Termininformationen zuzugreifen. Das Mobiltelefon kann darüber hinaus aktiv über bestimmte Vorgänge im Büro, wie z. B. Anrufwunsch oder Besuchtermin informieren. Weitere Entwicklungen für Mobile Business und Mobile Internet sind geplant. Auch bei Entwicklungen für die zukünftige UMTSTechnologie wird IntraWare mit Ericsson zusammenarbeiten. Mobile Computing Project with Ericsson In a joint marketing effort for hard and software, the WAPenabled Intraware software OCTOOffice will be offered by Ericsson in a package with its mobile telephone technology. This allows the user to access data such as customer or appointment information while on the move. The mobile telephone can also inform the user about certain activities back in the office, for example, call backs or meetings. Additional developments for Mobile Business and Mobile Internet are planned.
