Frankfurt, 5 Nov 2010 Today, GROUP Business Software AG was informed that
the large shareholders, Joerg Ott, LVM Landwirtschaftlicher
Versicherungsverein Münster a.G., Mr. Tuomo Tilman, Helsinki and Mr. Jyrki
Salminen, Helsinki have combined their shares.

The name of the new large shareholder is GBS Enterprises Inc. with Joerg
Ott as Chairman/CEO. GBS Enterprises Inc. holds approximately 28% of the
shares.

The combining of the shares only changes the shareholder structure and HAS
no influence on the operational business or on any of the locations of the
corporation.
