The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– GlobalWare AG has entered into a strategic alliance with Diluceo GmbH in the area of Human Language Technology (HLT) Eisenach, April 23, 2003 – GlobalWare AG, provider of technologies for all aspects of mono- and multilingual information, particularly for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Language Technology (HLT), has concluded a strategic alliance for penetration of the market in the area of speech technology with Diluceo GmbH, München/Berlin. The aim of the cooperation, among others, is the integration of GlobalWare speech technologies into existing government structures. DILUCEO GmbH specializes in consulting, services and development in the area of language technology focusing on the support of public agencies in Germany, Europe and the USA. In the integration of speech technologies into existing systems, DILUCEO falls back on an international network of experts who cover the complete spectrum of language processing and speech technology. DILUCEO has long-term experience in the support and acquisition of administrations, authorities and organizations and, in the near future, plans the installation of GlobalWare technologies into its existing customer base. With this strategic alliance both companies expand the sales potential with respect to technology, market access and flexibility. Based on the modular components and the simple integration of GlobalWare technologies into existing IT infrastructures, a fully-functioning combined product is expected to be completed within the first half-year.
