The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– IntraWare AG disposes of its Integral Development GmbH subsidiary in deficit – agreement ensures continuation of distribution rights in TQM solutions Petersberg, 04 April 2002 – IntraWare AG, the provider of software solutions for Customer Relationship Management, sells its shares in Integral Development GmbH, the producer of software solutions for Total Quality Management, to Plato AG. An agreement between the two companies ensures that IntraWare AG will continue to have access to TQM solutions as well as the software distribution rights. Total Quality Management will thus continue to be part of IntraWare solutions constituting an important auxiliary factor in respect of business economics of IntraWare’s core competence of Customer Relationship Management. This measure and the corresponding separation of TQM development from the Group represent an important step towards relieving the result of the current financial year.
