The goal of a complete integration of IntraWare CRM solutions and the global words technology into a multilingual communications solution for mid-size companies and corporate environment was initiated in September through a shareholder majority in global words AG. IntraWare AG will introduce its new multilingual CRM solution, the result of the seemless integration of both technologies, at the SYSTEMS 2002. Against the background of further planned integration of both business models, IntraWare AG intends to take over additional shares of global words AG through a capital increase against subject investment, subject to approval at the extraordinary general meeting to be held on November 19, 2002.
