Zur Entwicklung “wissenbasierter Software für Qualitätsmanagement und Dokumentenlenkung” haben IntraWare AG und Plato AG mit sofortiger Wirkung ein gemeinsames Unternehmen mit dem Namen “Integral Development GmbH” gegründet. Ziel der Gesellschaft ist die Weiterentwicklung der gemeinsamen Softwareprodukte, die die unterschiedlichen Bereiche des Qualitäts- managements abdecken. Die bestehenden Produkte XERI und PROTIS der Plato AG werden in das Unternehmen eingebracht. Gesellschafter des neuen Unternehmens ist einerseits IntraWare AG mit 51% und andererseits Plato AG mit 49% der Geschäfts- anteile. Durch das von der IntraWare AG eingebrachte Gründungskapital stehen der neuen Gesellschaft ausreichend Mittel für die Weiterentwicklung der weltweit erfolg- reichen Produktgruppe zur Verfügung, die sich nahtlos in das IntraWare-Produkt- portfolio eingliedert. Beide Softwarehersteller werden die neuen Produkte aktiv am Markt vertreiben. Schon heute betreuen beide AGs weltweit operierende Konzerne, wie z.B. MERCK, BASF, Dr. Oetker, Cargolifter und DEKRA in den Bereichen Qualtitätsmanagement und Dokumentenlenkung. Durch die internationalen Standorte der beiden Unter- nehmen ist ein umfassend ausgerichteter Vertrieb gewährleistet. Darüber hinaus wird geplant, die Produkte über die strategischen Kooperationspartner LOTUS und IBM weltweit zu positionieren. Die Gründung des gemeinsamen Tochterunternehmens ist für IntraWare AG ein weiterer Meilenstein beim Ausbau Ihres Produktportfolios für das e-management. Intraware AG and Plato AG have Just founded a Joint company called “Integral Development GmbH” for the development of “knowledge based software for Quality Managment and Document Flow”. Target of the company is the development of the common software products covering different areas of Quality Management. The already existing products XERI and PROTIS of Plato AG will be brought into the company. The partners of the new company will be IntraWare AG with 51% and Plato AG with 49% of the company shares. With the foundation capital supplied from IntraWare AG there will be enough funds at the new company’s disposal for the development of the worldwide successful product group, which fits directly in the IntraWare product portfolio. Both software manufactures will actively sell the new products via their sales channels. Today IntraWare AG and Plato AG already accompany worldwide operating groups like MERCK, BASF, Dr. Oetker. Cargolifter and DEKRA in the areas “knowledge based Quality Managment and Document Flow”. The international locations of both joint venture partners guarantee a comprehensive sales structure. In addition they plan to place the products globally in the market with the strategic alliances of LOTUS and IBM.
