IntraWare AG publishes nine-month-report 2002 Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– IntraWare AG – Break-even during third quarter 2002 according to HGB Petersberg, November 26, 2002 IntraWare AG, the strongest single company of the Group, reached its goal of break-even according to HGB during the third quarter of 2002. Within the group this led to a significant improvement of the operating result before depreciation (EBITDA) during the third quarter by approximately 95 % to approximately minus 79 TEUR according to International Accounting Standards (IAS). The operating result (EBIT) of the group improved by 77 % to minus 493 TEUR as compared to the same quarter in the previous year. The group’s revenues in the first nine months were 3,384 TEUR. During this time period the sales per employee was increased by approximately 24 % as compared to the previous nine months. The group cash flow statement shows a cash in-flow from operational activities in the amount of 53 TEUR. As comparison, the same quarter in the previous year required an input of funds in the amount of 1,505 TEUR for operational activities. The financial resources available to the company were 2,756 TEUR as at September 30, 2002.
