According to its quarterly report IntraWare AG has continued to grow in the first quarter with a turnover increase of 220% in regards to the same period of the last year and has continued to enlarge its market leadership in e-management. The group turnover increased from 1.0 Mio. Euro to 3.22 Mio. Euro within the reporting period. This turnover increase is mainly attributed to new products brought onto the market, the continued integration of both product lines Bonapart and OCTOPUS as well as the successful extension of the sales channels taken place according to plan. The operative result amount to -0.97 Mio. Euro according to plan, after revision of extraordinary factors, basically expenses according to the preparation of going public, amounting to 0,5 Mio. Euro overall. The high license turnover has been increased from 0,66 Mio. Euro to 2,05 Mio. Euro and the services turnover from 0,26 Mio. Euro to 1,12 Mio. Euro. The number of product licenses sold has been rised by around 300% to more than 120.000. The turnover with outside licences has been reduced in the first quarter according to plan for the benefit of IntraWare’s own products. Through the success with medium-sized enterprises and the gaining of important key customers, especially within the banking industry, the positioning as leading manufacturer of platform independent standard software for e-management has been additionally strengthened. The company plans to continue this positive development through the expansion of the international sales channels and with the development of new business fields within the next months.
