GROUP Technologies AG Names New CTO

Eisenach, Germany, May 8, 2008 – GROUP Technologies AG named Jennifer Meade
to the position of Chief Technical Officer. Meade, who will be splitting
her time equally between the company’s European and North American
headquarters in Frankfurt and New York City will report directly to the
chairman of the board.

Ms. Meade was previously the vice president responsible for product
development at GROUP’s recently acquired subsidiary based in New York,
Relavis Corporation. She brings over a decade of experience in the North
American software industry, covering all aspects of product marketing and
development relating to commercial software solutions built on and for IBM®
Lotus® Domino®, Microsoft®, and BlackBerry® platforms.

The company is counting on Ms. Meade bringing her expertise both in new
markets and new technologies to the product roadmaps for the company’s
product lines. As well, she is tasked with ensuring that the technology and
development planning for the company as a whole is cohesive, innovative and
positions the company for continual growth and success in the future.

Commenting on her new goals and responsibilities, Ms. Meade stated: 'I’ve
hit the ground running and am eager to go further in improving and
integrating GROUP’s already stellar portfolio of business solutions. I’m
