The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– IntraWare AG – Change in Managing Board Petersberg, 27 June 2002 – The Supervisory Board of IntraWare AG resolved in yesterday’s meeting to comply with the wish of Lars Bornemann to resign from the position of the spokesman of the Managing Board. Bornemann was last responsible for strategic company concepts and will continue to advise IntraWare AG. Mr Bornemann will leave the enterprise as at 30.06.2002. The new spokesman of the Managing Board will be Markus Ernst. The Supervisory Board also resolved on 26.06.2002 to appoint Jörg Ott, 38, Batchelor of Commerce and with many years of experience in sales, to the Managing Board of IntraWare AG. Ott is thus a member of the Managing Board on equal standing with Markus Ernst, Member for Finance, and will assume the responsibility for the areas of Sales, Consulting and Marketing.
