Starting on 15 October 2001, Peter Zimmer will work for IntraWare AG as a member of the managing board on an equal standing with Lars Bornemann and Markus Ernst. Assuming the responsibility for the sales of IntraWare AG Zimmer’s tasks will also include the area of consulting and the development and implementation of new marketing concepts. In addition, he will focus on the income-oriented extension of the existing network of IntraWare AG partners in order to strengthen the sales power in a sustaining fashion. Peter Zimmer has been engaged in sales, marketing and management for many years and is experienced in launching products, sales and brand development as well as in the acquisition of new customers. Previously, he led Internet AG in Frankfurt as a member of the managing board for sales, marketing and customer care. Lars Bornemann who has headed the area of sales temporarily apart from the areas of human recourses and organisation, marketing and service since the retirement of Joachim Weber from the managing board at the end of 2000 will now be increasingly involved in the creation of strategic company concepts.
