August wird Markus Ernst in den Vorstand der IntraWare AG berufen. Neben den Gründern, Lars Bornemann und Joachim Weber, ist Herr Ernst gleichberechtigtes Vorstandsmitglied und leitet die Bereiche Finance und Investor Relations. Herr Ernst war seit März 2000 bereits als Vice President für den Bereich Finance bei der IntraWare AG verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus verfügt er über langjährige Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensplanung und -steuerung und hat umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Unternehmensakquise, Investitions- und Finanzplanung sowie der Personalführung. Vor seinem Wechsel zu IntraWare AG leitete Herr Ernst drei Jahre bei der GZS (Gesellschaft für Zahlungssysteme mbH) den Bereich Unternehmensplanung und Steuerungssysteme. ——————————————————————— Zwei weitere, für das Vertriebskonzept richtungsweisende, Personalentscheidungen unterstreichen den Wachstumsprozess bei der IntraWareAG: Burghard Kleffmann übernimmt die Vertriebsverantwortung für Central Europe (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz). Er war in leitenden Vertriebspositionen bei einem internationalen ERP Hersteller als Vice President im LargeAccountBusiness und als President für das Indirect Partnerbusiness tätig. Petra Heinrich ist als Director Partner Sales EMEA für den Ausbau der Partnernetze in Europa zuständig. Sie war bei IBM/Lotus zuletzt für den Bereich Business Partner Sales und Distribution in Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz verantwortlich. Alongside with the founding members, Lars Bornemann and Joachim Weber, Mr Ernst is a Board Member enjoying equal rights; he is responsible for the divisions of Finance and Investor Relations. Mr Ernst has held already the position of Vice President for Finance at IntraWare AG since March 2000. Furthermore, he can look back on many years of experience in corporate planning and control, company takeovers, investment and financial budgeting and personnel management. Before Mr Ernst joined IntraWare he was Head of Corporate Planning and Controlling Systems at GZS. ——————————————————————— Two more forward-looking personnel decisions underlining the process of growth at IntraWare are: Burghard Kleffmann takes over responsibility for Sales in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
