Shares to be released from Voluntary Escrow

COMPANY DIRECTORS

GBM Resources (“GBM” or “the Company”) ( ASX: GBZ ) advises that 50 million ordinary fully paid shares will be released from voluntary escrow on or about Wednesday 13[th] April 2016.

The shares were issued to Drummond Gold Limited (Drummond) on 13[th] April 2015 as part consideration for the acquisition by the Company of Mt Coolon Gold Mines Pty Ltd from Drummond. As part of the acquisition agreement the shares were subject to a voluntary escrow period for a period of 12 months from settlement date (refer ASX announcement 9 February 2015).
