Voluntary Suspension Request

Request for Voluntary Suspension – GBM Resources Limited (ASX:GBZ)
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, GBM Resources Limited (“GBM” or “Company”) requests that a voluntary suspension be placed on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising, being the purpose of the trading halt requested on Friday 15 December 2023.
GBM anticipates that the voluntary suspension will be lifted on or before market open on Wednesday 20 December 2023 by provision of an announcement to ASX regarding the proposed capital raising.
GBM is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.
This voluntary suspension request has been approved by the Managing Director of GBM.
