Share Purchase Plan Closing Date Extended
The Directors of GBM Resources Limited (GBM or the Company) advise that the closing date for acceptance of applications under the Share Purchase Plan (SPP), announced on 20 June 2018, has been extended from 17 July 2018 to 5:00pm (WST) on Tuesday 31 July 2018 .
The Directors believe that the extension will allow eligible shareholders more time to take advantage of the SPP Offer.
The Company is continuing to pursue its development strategy at the Mt Coolon Gold Project and is undertaking exploration in Northern Queensland pursuant to the ongoing joint venture with Pan Pacific Copper Co. Ltd.
As a result of the extension to the closing date, the SPP indicative timetable has been revised as follows:
