• Further $567,000 being raised through Private Placement.

• Funds are to be used to support the purchase of 100% interest in Mt Coolon Gold Mines Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Drummond Gold Limited.

Australian resources company GBM Resources Limited (ASX: GBZ) (“GBZ” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received funds for 13.7 million Placement Shares for $342,500 with the balance of 9 million Placement Shares and monies of $225,000 scheduled for 13 May 2015.

The total Placement of 22.7 million shares at an issue price of $0.025 per share, is being made under the Company’s 15% annual issuing capacity for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and therefore shareholder approval for the issue of the Placement Shares is not required.

The funds raised are to be used to support the purchase of GBM acquiring 100% interest in Mt Coolon Gold Mines Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Drummond Gold Limited (see ASX announcement 9 February 2015) and provide working capital.
