Priority Entitlement Issue – Quotation of Securities
GBM Resources Limited (ASX:GBZ) (“the Company”) wishes to advise that the 57,454,062 options exercisable at 3.5 cents each and expiring 30 June 2016 (Options), that were issued pursuant to the Priority Entitlement Offer which closed on 13 August 2013, are scheduled for quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange on Thursday 22 August 2013.
Following the pending quotation of the Options, the quoted securities of the Company will be:
