Share Purchase Plan – Offer Closed

The Directors of GBM Resources Limited (GBM) are pleased to advise that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 16 July 2012 closed on Monday 20 August 2012, raising a total of $544,200.

Under the terms of the SPP, eligible shareholders were offered the opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of fully paid ordinary GBM shares at an issue price of 5 cents per share.

The Directors would like to thank participating Shareholders for their support, particularly in light of the current adverse conditions being experienced on global equity markets.

The funds raised will be used to advance the scoping study at the Company’s flagship Milo Rare Earth – IOCG Project in Northern Queensland.

Attached is an Appendix 3B in respect of the shares issued pursuant to the SPP.

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.

  • 2 We warrant the following to ASX.

  • The issue of the[+] securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an illegal purpose.

  • There is no reason why those[+] securities should not be granted[+] quotation.

  • An offer of the[+] securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.

Note: An entity may need to obtain appropriate warranties from subscribers for the securities in order to be able to give this warranty
