Strong Support For Entitlement Issue

The Directors of GBM Resources Ltd are pleased to announce that there has been strong support for the non-renounceable entitlement issue with a 66% acceptance of entitlements by shareholders received by the close of the Offer on 22 June 2009.

The company is also pleased to advise that there has been keen demand for the Shortfall entitlements and that the entire Shortfall has been successfully placed.

The total maximum funds, of $876,788, have been raised from the non- renounceable entitlements issue.

The Offer entitled GBM shareholders to subscribe for two (2) new shares for every three (3) shares held at an issue price of 2 cents.

The Company advises the following:-

Total entitlements for new 29,013,343 shares received Shortfall shares placed 14,826,058 Total new shares issued under 43,839,401 Offer

The Shortfall shares have been placed in accordance with the Entitlement Issue Offer Document. The new shares will be allotted on 30 June 2009 with holding statements being dispatched.
