COMPANY DIRECTORS

GBM Resources Ltd (“GBM” or “the Company”) ( ASX: GBZ ) today announced that Mr Frank Cannavo, has resigned as Non–Executive Director of the Company. Mr Cannavo has resigned to pursue other business interests, and his resignation is effective from today.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Cannavo for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
