Application for Blocklisting

GB Group announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc for admission to AIM for a blocklisting of securities in respect of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Shares").

The block admission relates to Shares that will be issued from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company Executive Share Option Scheme, Executive Matching Scheme and the Company Save as you Earn Option Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue. It is anticipated that admission will take place on 3 May 2013.
