RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

GBG (AIM: GBG), the Identity Data Intelligence specialist, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all of the proposed resolutions were duly passed.

The proxy voting received prior to the meeting was as follows: 

·      Proxy votes totalling over 91,441,516 shares were received representing 59.98% of the shares in issue.

·      Of the votes cast a minimum of 95.14% were in favour of each resolution and a maximum of 4.82% were against.
