Dmitry Lyugai elected as Member of Gazprom Management Committee

The Board of Directors elected Dmitry Lyugai as a Member of the Gazprom Management Committee for a five-year term.

At the same time, the Board of Directors terminated the authority of Vlada Rusakova as a Member of the Company's Management Committee.

Background

In December 2012 Dmitry Lyugai was appointed as Head of the Prospective Development Department of Gazprom and Vlada Rusakova was relieved of this post due to retirement.
