This is in continuation to our earlier letter dated February 19, 2021, regarding proposed acquisition of 51.00% stake in Balaji Highways Holding Private Limited along with disclosure in terms of details required pursuant to the Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015.
It is hereby informed that the companyhas successfully completed the acquisition of 51.00% of equity share capital of the Balaji Highways Holding Private Limited effective 1st March, 2021.
