The holding percentage on a fully diluted basis in this report above was calculated under the theoretical assumption of the exercise of all non-tradable options officers granted to employees and of the company, under the company's option plan from February 2023 for ordinary shares of the company at a ratio of 1:1. It is clarified that this assumption is theoretical only, since according to the terms of the plan and the said options, the exercise shares will be allocated in a quantity reflects financial benefit that only the embedded in the options (Cashless).
