On May 18, 2004, GATX Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of GATX Corporation, entered into a Credit Agreement for $545,000,000 comprised of a $445,000,000 3-year senior unsecured revolving facility maturing in May 2007, and a $100,000,000 5-year senior unsecured term loan, with a delayed draw feature, maturing in May 2009. The new agreement replaces three separate revolving credit facilities previously in place at GATX Financial Corporation. link2 "Item 7. Financial Statements and Exhibits"
