Exercise of Options
Gattaca, the specialist staffing solutions business, announces the exercise of certain employee options issued pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan ("Options"). Following the exercise of Options the Company has allotted 8,655 new ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Ordinary Shares"). The newly allotted Ordinary Shares are covered by the Company's existing block listing facility.
