Exercise of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

Gattaca, the specialist staffing solutions business, announces the exercise of Long Term Incentive Plan Options ("Options") by Oliver Whittaker, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Oliver Whittaker has exercised 20,610 Options over ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following the exercise of Options the Company has instructed Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited, which administers the Gattaca Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") to transfer 20,610 Ordinary Shares to Mr Whittaker at nil cost.  Following the exercise, Oliver Whittaker has beneficial holdings of 28,475 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital and options over a further 559,913 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
