Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 12 December 2017:

Chief Executive Officer, Brian Wilkinson, having exercised nil-cost options to acquire 7,450 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company on 7 December 2017 vested under the Company's 2011 Value Creation Plan ("VCP"), as previously announced, sold 3,502 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of GBP 288.25 pence per share to cover the tax liability arising on the option exercise.  Mr Wilkinson's total interest in the Company is now 180,199 shares being 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital;

Chief Operating Officer, Keith Lewis, having exercised nil-cost options to acquire 73,286 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company on 7 December 2017 vested under the Company's 2011 Value Creation Plan ("VCP"), as previously announced, sold 34,444 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of GBP 288.25 pence per share to cover the tax liability arising on the option exercise.  Mr Lewis' total interest in the Company is now 430,725 shares being 1.34% of the Company's issued share capital;
