The Company announces that on 7 December:

Chief Executive Officer, Brian Wilkinson purchased 34,488 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 288.5 pence per share.  Mr Wilkinson's total interest in the Company increases to 127,210 shares being 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital; and

The Chairman, Patrick Shanley purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 288.50 pence per share.  Mr Shanley's total interest in the Company is now 15,000 shares being 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
