Appointment of Mark Mamone as Non-Executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Mamone as Non-Executive Director.

Mark, 47, is currently Group Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, UK & Europe Local & Regional Government at Serco Group plc, having previously held senior technology roles in Detica, Computer Sciences Corporation, and BT.

Patrick Shanley, Chairman, said:

"I am very pleased that Mark has agreed to join Gattaca as a director.  Mark brings with him a wealth of technology and digitalisation experience and will help position the company to meet the challenges new technologies will bring.  His skill sets also sit well with our Technology sector and he will be a valuable addition to the Board."

Mark Mamone said:

"I am delighted to be joining Gattaca and look forward to working with the Board to deliver further success to the Group."

Mark has not held directorships or partnerships in the five years preceding his appointment.

There are no other details to disclose under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

It should be noted however, that Numis, the Company's NOMAD and broker, is still conducting due diligence of the appointment and a further announcement will be made in due course, if required.
