Result of Annual General Meeting

Gattaca plc ("Gattaca" or the "Group"), the specialist Engineering and Technology (IT & Telecoms) recruitment solutions business, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, 5 December 2018, all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed.  Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 12 and 13 were passed as special resolutions.
