Gattaca plc (the Company) (AIM: GATC) announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, 6 December 2017, all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed.  Resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 15 and 16 were passed as special resolutions.
