Gattaca plc (the Company) (AIM: GATC) announces that at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday, 7 December 2016, all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed.  Resolutions 1 to 17 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 18 and 19 were passed as special resolutions.
