Gateway Real Estate AG considers capital increase and uplisting**
Frankfurt, December 5, 2018 – Gateway Real Estate (WKN: A0JJTG / ISIN: DE000A0JJTG7) (the “ Company “) confirms that it is considering a capital increase and an uplisting into the regulated market in the first half of 2019 and that it has taken initial preparatory measures to this end. A final decision has not yet been made. Alternative options are being considered.
