Completion of Consolidation of Capital

Gateway Mining Limited (ASX: GML) ( Gateway or Company ) advises that following shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders ( EGM ) on 15 August 2022, the consolidation of the issued capital of the Company on the basis of one (1) security for every ten (10) securities is now complete.

The post-consolidation of Shares and Options on issue are as follows:

Where the consolidation resulted in a fraction of a share or option being held, the Company rounded that fraction up to the nearest whole share or option. Automic Registry services has commenced the dispatch of new holding statements to security holders on a post-consolidation basis.

Trading in post-consolidation shares on a normal settlement basis will commence under code GML on 31 August 2022.
