Gateway Mining Limited (ASX: GML) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Gateway Mining Limited (‘GML’) will be halted at the request of GML, pending the release of an announcement by GML.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 30 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

GML’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT ON GML SECURITIES

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Gateway Mining Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests a trading halt on its securities with immediate effect pending an announcement in relation to a material acquisition by the Company.

The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement regarding the transaction referred to above, or the opening of trading on Monday, 30 June 2025.

The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company’s release of the announcement referred to above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

This trading halt request has been approved by the Company’s Chairman.
