Gateway Mining Limited (ASX: GML) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Gateway Mining Limited (‘GML’) will be halted at the request of GML, pending the release of an announcement by GML.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 September 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

GML’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT ON GML SECURITIES

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Gateway Mining Limited ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt on its securities with immediate effect pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

The Company expects to request the trading halt be lifted no later than the opening of trading on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, concurrent with the release of an announcement in respect of the capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

This trading halt request has been approved by the Company’s Chairman.
