Update on Consolidation of Capital

Gateway Mining Limited (ASX: GML) ( Gateway or Company ) advises that post-consolidation trading has now commenced on a deferred settlement basis under the ASX code: GMLDA . Shareholder approval for the Consolidation of capital on a ten (10) to one (1) basis was received at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders ( EGM ) on 15 August 2022.
