RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

Gateway Mining Limited (ASX: GML) ( Gateway or Company ) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 2,272,727 fully paid ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ) will be released from voluntary escrow on 25 June 2020.

The Escrowed Shares, which were subject to voluntary escrow provisions for 6 months, were issued in December 2019 as part consideration for the purchase of Exploration Licence Application E57/1145 from Mining Equities Pty Ltd.
