Gateway Mining Ltd – Dispatch of Entitlement Issue Prospectus and Entitlement Offer Acceptance Form
Gateway Mining Limited (ACN 008 402 391) ( Company ) is pleased to announce that a copy of the Entitlements Issue Prospectus and Entitlement Offer Acceptance Form in relation to the non-renounceable entitlements issue announced on 13 February 2018 has been dispatched today to eligible shareholders as at the record date of 19 February 2018.
The Entitlement Offer is one (1) Share for every one (1) Share held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.012 per Share, to raise up to $3,821,076 before costs (together with one (1) free attaching option for every five (5) Shares subscribed for and issued ( Offer ).
The Company lodged a prospectus for the Offer with ASIC and ASX on 13 February 2018.
Acceptances for the Offer close at 5:00pm AEDT on 9 March 2018 .
