Commencement of Drilling _

Highlights:

• Drilling Commenced at Gidgee Project


Gateway Mining Limited (‘Gateway’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced at its Gidgee project in Western Australia.

The program comprises one diamond hole drilling into the Company’s exciting Ni-Cu-PGE prospective target on the tenement M57/633 (refer to announcement 13 January 2014), and approximately 1,000m of RC drilling on other early stage targets (refer to announcement on 28 January 2014).

It is expected the program could take up to 2.5 weeks to complete, depending on drilling and weather conditions.

Further updates will be provided to the market in due course.

About Gateway Mining Limited

Gateway holds approximately 150sqkm of tenements over the Gum Creek Greenstone Belt in the Yilgarn Craton, Gidgee WA (600km NE of Perth). The tenements have significant potential for Ni-Cu-PGE related mineralisation, all the hallmarks of a significant new VMS province, along with existing gold mineralisation throughout the project. The Company is well funded and plans to focus exploration efforts on The Cup area for the immediate future. Gateway also has in place an experienced management and technical team.

Mr Scott Jarvis has a minimum of 5 years’ experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the “Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves”.
