APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Gateway Mining Limited (“Gateway” or “the Company”) is pleased to have today appointed Mr Gary Franklin to the position of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr Franklin will replace Mr Tony de Govrik, who has today retired from the position.
Mr Franklin holds a Bachelor of Economics and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) (Fellow). He has in excess of 30 years’ experience in Company Secretarial and CFO roles. Mr Franklin has previously worked with Wambo Coal, Hartogen Energy Group, United Collieries, and Mount Isa Mines Limited, amongst a number of other companies.
Gateway is very pleased to have someone of Mr Franklin’s experience and skills join the Company.
Gateway wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Tony de Govrik, who has been a strong and supportive Company Secretary and served the Company well in his guidance and advice to the Board over the last 20 years. The Board wishes Mr de Govrik well in his future endeavours.
