New Shares Issuable under the Company Share Option Plan

Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that 711,163 ordinary shares of 10p each in Gateley ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued, pursuant to the Group's Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") scheme that was introduced in 2016 and as a result of the conditions for issuance having been satisfied.

The CSOP scheme was implemented for the benefit of associates, senior associates, legal directors and equivalent positions across the Group, including senior management positions in support teams in order to enhance their alignment with the long-term success of the Group and reward them for their contributions over the vesting period.

Accordingly, application has been made for 711,163 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Shares were issued at a price of 130.5p. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday 12 February 2020. Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 115,473,221 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
