Gateley, the legal and professional services group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.30pm on Thursday 19 September 2019 at the Company's offices at One Eleven Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ.

Following the announcement of its preliminary results for the financial year ended 30 April 2019 on 16 July 2019, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders later today. The Annual Report and Accounts is also available on Gateley's website at http://gateleyplc.com/investors.
